Broad Street, one of four major transport projects in the Masterplan, has been transformed into a pedestrian-priority space, shared with cyclists and buses.
The design includes a water feature, trees, benches, and a raised grass area, offering an improved setting for Marischal College and and the new Marischal Square complex.
The streetscape is also suitable for hosting a range of events throughout the year.
Funding for the £3.2 million project came from Aberdeen City Council, developer Muse, and sustainable transport charity, Sustrans Scotland.
